The Palpita unionalis , also called Palpita vitrealis is the famous track of jasmine. These caterpillars gnaw at the back of young shoots and protected weaving silk threads. One morning when I wake up and go to the terrace to ginger up the leaves of jasmine saw plenty of small dots that supposed to have been eaten by a caterpillar. To my surprise, were the dozens of caterpillars that were behind the leaves waiting for dusk to get back to work for gobbling up the jasmine leaves.
removed one by one to follow them apart and see that butterfly out after metamorphosis.
The next inning put the image of the caterpillar.
